Stahl Sheaffer served as part of the project team for the second phase of the Ramapo Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, which included a 1,000-SF addition to the rear of an existing dining area to create a new 3,000-SF rehabilitation facility. The project also included miscellaneous renovations throughout the existing facility, including a new family lounge and conference area, relocated dining area, and total renovation and expansion of the existing kitchen areas including an expanded loading dock.

Stahl Sheaffer performed onsite observations of the existing structure to verify existing construction. The addition was steel framed with steel moment frames to provide lateral stability in lieu of braced frames to accommodate the large window openings.
