Stahl Sheaffer is providing civil engineering for the new 24,000 SF facility that includes an operations center, locker rooms, offices, and training and treatment facilities. Services include analyzing site layout, utility routing, grading schemes, and access to the proposed indoor soccer practice facility for the feasibility phase and he developed a rough order of magnitude cost estimate for each site location. The soccer stadium will also be renovated and parking will be improved.
