Stahl Sheaffer provided surveying, design, permitting, and construction management services for the creation of a synthetic turf lawn area adjacent to Gate A of Acrisure Stadium. Phase One included physical surveys and utility inspections / assessments / evaluations, followed by planning and conceptual layout / design.

Phase Two included detailed final design, and permitting of access, flood plain, grading, sediment control, and stormwater management through the City of Pittsburgh and the Allegheny County Conservation District, followed by CA services in support of the contractor’s implementation of the design.

This space is intended to be used during Steeler games and special stadium events such as the 2026 NFL Draft.
