Stahl Sheaffer provided structural engineering for upgrades to the softball park including concrete and masonry rehabilitation of the bleachers and dugouts, reconfiguration of railing detailing to eliminate the source of ongoing maintenance, new dugout flooring, and design of a water management system within the dugouts which included application of a PVC board over a drainage plane, accommodations for water migration through the system and air movement for drying, detailing for the existing electrical conduits and fixtures, and replacement of the dugout seating benches, and new storage units for helmets and bats.
