Stahl Sheaffer provided site design for a new two-story, 15,400 SF medical office adjacent to the Brookville Hospital. The new medical office building is located north of the hospital, within the existing parking lot and adjacent to the existing medical office. Site-related engineering services included layout and grading, coordination of new sanitary sewer, water, electrical and gas service to the building, regulatory permitting, and municipal coordination/approvals.
