Stahl Sheaffer provided survey and design services to improve the access roads to Penn Highlands DuBois Behavioral Health East expansion. The project consisted of improvements to four separate roadways leading to Penn Highlands, with the goal of improving access from Maple Avenue. Stahl Sheaffer’s role in the project included roadway design, stormwater design, environmental permit preparation, utility coordination, bid document preparation, and cost estimating.
