Stahl Sheaffer provided structural engineering for the design of a new support building to be located at the athletics facility. The new structure is built into the grade with the lower level serving as locker rooms and exiting to lower field level and the upper level serving as restroom, concession, and assembly space existing to the upper field level. The structure incorporates retaining walls, a concrete composite steel floor deck over steel beams and open web joists, a cantilevered balcony overlooking the lower field level, and pre-engineered wood roof trusses.
