Stahl Sheaffer provided survey, land development, site design, and construction inspection services for the 164’ x 46’ WSF in Spring Township, Snyder County. Structure utilized timber post and roof framing and bracing supported on precast foundation T-Walls. Stahl Sheaffer provided site, land development, and E&S plans with basic structure requirements, while TimberTech and Keystone precast provided sealed structure drawings. The structure has 2’ overhangs on both the front and back and 1’ overhangs on the sides. All walls are enclosed, however the front wall that faces the existing poultry barns has two (2) 16’ door openings on either end with scrape lanes leading to both existing poultry barn entry doors and a 20’ door opening (with entry slab) in the center in line with the existing access road.
