Stahl Sheaffer provided design and permitting services for the Senators baseball field clubhouse and weight room addition along the third base side of the field which is located on City Island on the Susquehanna River. The project included a detailed topographic and existing conditions survey of the site as related to the clubhouse addition to verify existing conditions and evaluate drainage and ADA compliance options. In addition, Stahl Sheaffer coordinated the subsurface utility engineering (SUE) services to navigate the underground utilities at the ballpark and completed floodway permitting. Stahl Sheaffer prepared design documents, City land development plan materials, PADEP 105/404 Joint Permit application, construction plans, technical bid specifications, and review submittals and shop drawings and coordinated materials testing and inspections during the construction phase of the project.
