Stahl Sheaffer provided site design and environmental permitting services for the soccer field expansion, driveway improvements, NPDES permitting and wetland delineation, installation of a new electric service to the concessions building, a new on-lot septic system, a new pavilion, and addition of two separate handicap accessible parking areas. Design for the 2,000 foot-long gravel and dirt driveway included improved shape, widening and a new asphalt surface. The project was funded with a DCNR C2P2 grants source, and Stahl Sheaffer played an integral role in coordinating with DCNR to meet all the agency requirements associated with the grant program. Stahl Sheaffer also developed construction specifications and created bid documents in accordance with the funding agency requirements.
