Founded in 2006 by Rod Stahl, Jeff Sheaffer and Aaron Fayish (1980-2020), the firm was built on a shared vision of providing client-focused practical engineering services. What began as a small partnership has grown into a respected civil and structural engineering firm offering comprehensive civil and structural engineering, surveying, geotechnical, GIS, construction inspection, and other infrastructure-related services to public and private clients throughout the eastern US.
