Stahl Sheaffer, an annual supporter of the Pennsylvania Parks & Forests Foundation (PPFF) awards, was in attendance on Tuesday, May 12 at Little Buffalo State Park to congratulate the Keystone Trails Association's Bald Eagle State Forest Bridge Crew for the Group Improvement Award.
