High School Diploma or equivalent

A valid driver’s license and daily access to a motor vehicle

The ability to obtain state and federal background clearances and pass pre-employment drug screening to permit working on-site

Ability to lift 75 pounds

Basic math skills and the ability to understand specifications, testing procedures, and construction plans sets

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in order to work with co-workers, clients, and possibly the general public

Willingness to travel with intermittent overnight stays

Willingness to work 12+ hours on occasion as necessary

Willingness to work weekends on occasion as necessary
