Stahl Sheaffer Engineering, LLC, is pleased to welcome Chuck Meuser to our Southpointe office (Canonsburg, PA). As a our CAD Manager, Mr. Meuser will employ his education and twenty years of experience to ensure quality assurance of all CAD operations across all offices and services to best serve our clients. 

Mr. Meuser is a graduate of the Pittsburgh Technical Institute with a degree in CAD Systems Management. He began his career with a downtown Pittsburgh engineering firm as a Highway CAD Draftsperson, and was promoted to the position of CAD Manager responsible for the development of the corporate CAD Standards and audits. Additionally, he took on the duties of Technology Manager for the past five years.  Chuck was a member of the CAD Standards Committee for PennDOT, and a member of the ACEC CAD Standards Task Force. He has gained expansive knowledge of PennDOT Standards, and structural and highway plan presentation while coordinating with a variety of clients and sub-consultants.

Mr. Meuser’s tasks at Stahl Sheaffer will include implementing, maintaining, enforcing, and managing CAD Standards, and assisting in detail library development for all of our disciplines based on our clients’ needs and parameters. 

Mr. Meuser has been involved in several professional affiliations including co-founder and Chairman of the PITTCADD (Pittsburgh CADD User Group), Board Member for the Washington Area Federal Credit Union, and Board Member of the Penn Commercial Advisory Committee.
