Stahl Sheaffer provided site engineering services to a private residential developer for the subdivision of an existing 2.2-acre tract of land located within Monroe Township, Snyder County to create fifteen new building lots. Stahl Sheaffer then completed land development plans for the construction of two new townhomes, parking area, access drive, and the necessary public utilities. These plans consisted of the site layout, grading, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control needed to complete the project.
Since this site could not be served by gravity sewer, a low-pressure force main needed to be designed for this project. Each unit had its own grinder pump that connected to a common main.
