Construction Inspection for Resurfacing & Bridge Rehabilitation

PennDOT District 3-0, SR 339-06M, Columbia County, PA

 Stahl Sheaffer is providing construction inspection services as part of an open-end agreement for PennDOT District 3-0. This work order involves resurfacing part of the Mifflinville/Nescopeck Highway and a bridge rehabilitation.

Inspection services cover:

  • WMA base, scratch, and wearing courses
  • Full-depth reclamation
  • Subbase
  • Structure preservation with membrane waterproofing system
  • Class A cement concrete
  • Removal of a portion of the existing culvert
  • Protective coating for reinforced concrete surfaces
  • Shear connectors
  • Adhesive anchors
  • Corrugated structural steel plate arch liner
  • Temporary excavation support & protection system
