Pasto Ag Museum Addition

The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA

Stahl Sheaffer served as the design engineer for the University’s Agricultural Department for the site development associated with a 5,000-SF addition to the Pasto Agricultural Museum in Rock Springs. The museum is located on PSU agriculture land in Ferguson Township and required zoning and land development approval from the Township. Stahl Sheaffer performed the topographic survey and base mapping for the proposed site plan, prepared a variance request, and represented the owner at the Zoning Hearing for the variance.

Stahl Sheaffer also performed the stormwater design and prepared the land development drawings for submission to the Township and represented the owner during the land development review process.
