Mark Welker Retires After 41-Year Career in Construction Inspection, Including 19 Years at Stahl Sheaffer

Please join us in celebrating the retirement of Mark Welker, who is wrapping up an incredible 19-year career with Stahl Sheaffer Engineering and 41 years in the construction inspection industry!

Mark was instrumental in building and expanding Stahl Sheaffer’s construction inspection services. Drawing on his experience and industry roots, he helped us secure our very first PennDOT District 3-0 contract — a milestone that opened the door to countless opportunities with PennDOT, various municipalities, DCNR, Penn State University, and more.

Mark poured his heart into growing our company's growth and mentored countless former and current inspectors. We are so grateful to see what Mark will do in this next chapter.
