McDonald Borough School Street Improvements

Redevelopment Authority of Washington County, McDonald Borough, Washington County, PA

Stahl Sheaffer provided engineering services for roadway improvements on this project involving CDBG funding, which included roadway design and construction inspection. Stahl Sheaffer was responsible for preparing plans and specifications for public improvements that were in compliance with Federal, State and local requirements. Construction services included reviewing bids, recommending the lowest bidder, general supervision of construction and the certifying the completion of the contractor’s work. The project involved milling of existing pavement, waterproof membrane installation on existing bridge deck, and asphalt overlay.
