Ben has 23 years of infrastructure and construction management experience before joining the Stahl Sheaffer team and performed inspections with PennDOT, PTC, as well as public/private partnership projects. Ben will be under the supervision of Mike Marso and located in our Selinsgrove office.

Josh has 14 years of experience in various industries including waste management, local government, manufacturing, child development, and construction. He has joined the CI team and will be assisting with a PennDOT 5-0 project. Josh will be under the supervision of Jim Nylund and located in our Selinsgrove office.
